What services does your hostel offer?

Our services are based on shared hosting. You can meet interesting people while you share your room or frequent the dining room and common room.

Each room has a private bathroom including "amenities" (shampoo-gel and hand soap), a locker per bed and there is the possibility of reserving private rooms.

Do i need a padlock?

All shared rooms have a locker for each bed with a key and code.

What are the reception hours?

24h. (May and June: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.).

Are towels available?

Yes, towels are included in the stay.

Is there bedding?

Yes, we provide you with all the necessary clothing.

Are hair dryers available?

If you need a hair dryer, go to reception and they will provide it for you.

What time can I check-in?

From 3pm you can check-in. If you arrive earlier, we can store your suitcases at the reception.

What time do I have to leave the room (check-out)?

The time to check-out and leave the room is until 11a.m.

Can I leave the room later?

It is possible to check-out later under a surcharge depending on availability.

Does the hotel have daily cleaning service?

Winter: from December to April, room cleaning will be carried out daily.
Summer: from April to November it is made for stays longer than 7 nights.

Can I connect to Wi-Fi?

Yes, it is available for free throughout the hostel.

Do you accept pets in your hotel?

We are sorry, but we do not host any type of pet in our hostel.

Is parking available?

We do not have our own parking, but parking with charge is available near the hostel.

What are the rates for children?

We consider babies from 0 to 5 years old and children from 6 to 11 years old. From 12 onwards you will count as an adult.

Are cots available?

Yes, we have cribs available for free. Request it when you make the reservation. It works under availability.

Can I store my bike or ski?

In winter, if you come to Andorra with the intention of skiing, we have locked lockers to store your snowboard or ski.

In summer we offer you a bicycle storage area with video surveillance, and a cleaning area.

If you do not have a padlock we can provide you with one under a deposit of € 10.

What are the continental breakfast hours?

8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
